Terms of Use

These terms apply to all bookings and use of Curbridge Dog Park. By booking and using the field, you agree to comply with these conditions.
Bookings and Access
- Sessions are private and last 50 minutes, allowing 10 minutes for exit before the next booking.
- Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early and remain in your vehicle until the previous user has fully exited the field and car park.
- Booking confirmation details must not be shared with others unless agreed in advance.
- Only the person who made the booking (or their authorised guests) may use the session.
- Gift cards may be used by the recipient to make a booking. Once a booking is made using a gift card, the session is subject to these Terms of Use and may not be transferred or shared without prior agreement.
Dog and Owner Responsibilities
- Owners/handlers must supervise their dog(s) at all times while on site.
- You are fully responsible for your dog(s), their behaviour, and any injury, loss, or damage caused by them.
- All dogs must be kept under control at all times.
- Please clear up after your dog(s) and leave the field clean and tidy for the next customer.
- The maximum number of dogs per standard booking is 6, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
- Dogs showing signs of illness should not be brought to the field.
Children on Site
- Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Children enter and use the field and car park area at the owner's own risk.
Safety and Suitability
- The field is enclosed; however, no outdoor field can be guaranteed to be completely escape-proof.
- If your dog is reactive, nervous, or likely to attempt escape, please keep them on a lead until safely inside the enclosed field.
- Compliance with any legal requirements relating to restricted or controlled breeds remains the owner's responsibility.
- Please ensure all gates are securely closed and latched when entering and leaving the field.
- Smoking, vaping, barbecues, fireworks, and open flames are not permitted anywhere on site.
Vehicles and Parking
- Please park considerately and keep access routes clear at all times.
- Vehicles and contents are left on site at the owner's risk.
- Curbridge Dog Park accepts no responsibility for damage to vehicles or personal property while on site.
Toys and Equipment
- Any toys, training aids, or equipment brought to the field are used at the owner's own risk.
- Items left behind may be removed or disposed of without notice.
Liability
Use of the site is entirely at your own risk.
Curbridge Dog Park accepts no liability for injury, loss, theft, damage, or accidents occurring on site, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
