Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are available only when requested at least 48 hours before your booking start time. Requests must be made via our contact form, email, or text message.
- Cancellation or change requests made within 48 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable and cannot normally be moved.
- No-shows are treated as used sessions and are not eligible for a refund or rebooking.
- If Curbridge Dog Park is required to close due to severe weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer either a rebooking or a refund.
- Bookings made using gift cards are subject to the same cancellation policy.
- Refunds outside of this policy are issued at our discretion.
- All change or cancellation requests must be submitted using our contact form, email, or text message.
